Refund Policy
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for unworn pieces with original tags. Limited drops and AURA CLUB membership purchases are final sale.
Eligibility
Items must be unworn, unwashed, with all original tags and packaging. Underwear and limited drops are final sale.
How to return
Email returns@aura-clothing.com with your order number to receive a return label. Return shipping is at the customer's expense unless the item is defective.
Refund timing
Once your return is received and inspected we refund the original payment method within 5 business days.
Defects
If a piece arrives defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will cover return shipping and offer a replacement or full refund.
